CHECK WHAT IS VISIBLE
A Practical Joyagoo QC Photo Checklist
Review warehouse photos in a fixed order so a small detail does not distract from an incorrect item, color, size or variation.
Pass one: identity and variation
Confirm that the photographed item matches the ordered product, color, size label and included pieces. If identity is wrong, resolve that before judging smaller details.
- Product type and color
- Size or model label
- Quantity and included pieces
- Left-right pair consistency where relevant
Pass two: measurements and visible condition
Compare useful measurements with a garment or item that already fits your needs. Then check the available angles for stains, damage, asymmetry, missing parts or visible defects.
- Measurement placement
- Seams and edges
- Print or embroidery alignment
- Hardware and closures
Know the limits of a photograph
Lighting, camera angle, folding and screen color can change appearance. Photos cannot fully confirm material composition, feel, hidden construction, comfort or long-term durability.
- Ask for one focused extra angle when it can change the choice
- Check current return options without delay
- Keep screenshots and order details for context
Frequently asked questions
What does QC mean?
QC means quality check. In this context it refers to reviewing available warehouse photos and measurements before deciding on the next step.
Should I judge color from one photo?
No. Lighting and camera processing can shift color. Compare multiple angles and use other current product information when color accuracy matters.
When should I request another photo?
Request one when a specific missing angle or measurement could change whether you keep, return or exchange the item.
